Cleaner is good - Instructions & Videos NOT!

The cleaner appears to work well However, the videos are terrible and of little use. They Both need to be redone by someone more skilled in training. Also, the nozzles for the bottle and syringe could have been better designed - Awkward but, usable. Fix the video and the nozzles and you've got 5 Stars!
