The quality of the paper is very good. It doesn't Jame, the colors come out vibrant, and the weight is perfect for the projects that I am working on. Overall, everything was awesome including the packaging and the timeliness.
The paper is a good product as usual no visible defects or problems in my printer. However my rave is about the awesome customer service from Koalagp.
My order was mishandled and delivered to the wrong address and Fedex wasn't able to recover my item. Koala was able to take my complaint and handle it accordingly, supplying me with a new item which was delivered in an almost immediate turnaround, big shout out to the customer service team and the company as a whole.
