The paper is a good product as usual no visible defects or problems in my printer. However my rave is about the awesome customer service from Koalagp.
My order was mishandled and delivered to the wrong address and Fedex wasn't able to recover my item. Koala was able to take my complaint and handle it accordingly, supplying me with a new item which was delivered in an almost immediate turnaround, big shout out to the customer service team and the company as a whole. You are a good and respected service provider to this small business.
